These terms govern your use of this website. Client engagements — the actual pay-per-result campaigns — are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties; nothing on this website forms that agreement.

1. Who this site is for

This website and our services are offered to businesses only. By using the site or booking a call you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business, not as a consumer.

2. The qualification survey and booked calls

The survey on our homepage exists to check whether our performance model can work for your business before either side spends time on a call. You agree to answer it honestly. We may decline to work with any business at our discretion, including after a call. Booking a call creates no obligation on either side.

3. No offer, no guarantee

Content on this website — including the pricing calculator and any example figures — is illustrative and informational. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of results. Pricing and deliverables for any engagement are agreed individually in writing. See the Results Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated submissions, no attempts to probe, disrupt, or circumvent the qualification flow or booking system, and no submission of false or third-party information.

5. Intellectual property

The content, design, and materials on this site belong to Click Leads. Materials we send you (such as the campaign breakdown) are for your business's internal use.

6. Third-party services

Call scheduling is provided by SavvyCal and subject to its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our instructions to them as processors of your data (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Leads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from the website is limited to US$100. Liability under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement, not these terms.

8. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
