This policy explains what Click Leads ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect little.
What we collect
- Qualification answers. If you complete the short survey on this site, we store the answers you give so we can assess fit and prepare for a call with you.
- Contact details. If you provide an email address, or book a call through our scheduling provider, we store your name, email, and the booking details.
- Technical data. Like most websites we receive your IP address and browser information. We use a one-way hash of these to prevent duplicate or automated survey submissions, and first-party cookies to keep your survey session working across pages.
What we use it for
- Evaluating whether our performance model is a fit for your business and preparing for the call you book.
- Sending you material you explicitly request (for example the campaign breakdown).
- Operating, securing, and improving this website.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run this site and our scheduling: our website hosting and infrastructure providers, and our scheduling provider (SavvyCal) when you book a call. If you become a client, booking and deal information is managed in our CRM. Each provider processes data only on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Survey answers and contact details are kept while they are relevant to an active conversation or engagement, and deleted on request. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA) you may have additional statutory rights; we honor requests from all visitors regardless of location.

Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies strictly for site functionality: keeping your survey session continuous and preventing duplicate submissions. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged clearly on this page.
